Brownie Bites Recipe

  1. Place butter and chocolate in a medium-size pan.
  2. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, till melted and smooth.
  3. Remove pan from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla.
  4. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in flour.
  6. Spoon batter into paper-lined tiny (1 1/2 inch) muffin c.; filling c. almost to the top.
  7. Place a pecan half on top of batter in each c.. Bake at 325F degrees till tops of brownies look dry and feel hard when lightly touched (about 20 min).
  8. Let brownies cold in pans for 10 min; then transfer to racks to cold completely.
  9. Serve hot or possibly cold.
  10. Store airtight.
