Brownie Bites Recipe
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly Margarine
- 4 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 40 x Pecan Halves
- Place butter and chocolate in a medium-size pan.
- Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, till melted and smooth.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in flour.
- Spoon batter into paper-lined tiny (1 1/2 inch) muffin c.; filling c. almost to the top.
- Place a pecan half on top of batter in each c.. Bake at 325F degrees till tops of brownies look dry and feel hard when lightly touched (about 20 min).
- Let brownies cold in pans for 10 min; then transfer to racks to cold completely.
- Serve hot or possibly cold.
- Store airtight.
