Sally's Ramen Chicken Recipe
- 1 pound sliced breast
- 4 pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodle soup
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 carrots, sliced diagonally
- 1 c. sliced cabbage
- 1 c. frzn peas
- Cook Ramen noodles in boiling water for 3 min.
- Drain and set aside.
- Stir fry chicken in oil till white.
- Add in vegetables and stir fry till crisp tender.
- Add in 1 c. warm water and the four pkgs.
- of seasoning which come with the Ramen soup.
- Heat.
- Add in noodles.
- Let sit 10 min to absorb seasonings and serve.
