Tilapia Caramel Nut Granola Crusted Tilapia

  1. 1.Combine ground Granola, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  2. 2.Combine buttermilk and hot sauce in a medium bowl.
  3. 3.Place flour in a third dish.
  4. 4.Dredge 1 fillet in flour, dip into buttermilk mixture, then into granola mixture.
  5. Repeat with remaining fillets.
  6. 5.Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. 6.Cook 2 fillets for 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.
  8. 7.Add remaining oil and cook additional 2 fillets.
  9. 8.Garnish the Caramel Nut Granola Crusted Tilapia with a lemon wedges.
