Tomato Aspic

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water in a saucepan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Pour into a 9x9 inch glass dish.
  4. Place in the refrigerator until set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve on a bed of lettuce.
  6. Garnish with avocado wedges.
