Mushroom Roast Beef Sandwich
- Crusty Bread, French Loaf Or Sour Dough Is Great
- 1/4 Sliced Purple Onion
- 1/2 To 1 Cup Sliced Portobello Mushrooms
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Slice Cheddar Cheese, Or Any Kind You Want Really
- Roast Beef, Deli Or Leftover Pot Roast
- Spicy Mustard
- Turn oven to broil setting.
- Slice bread the size you want for your sandwich and cut in half.
- Cook onion and mushrooms in Worcestershire sauce until tender, about 5-10 minutes.
- While mushrooms and onion are cooking, place cheese on the bread and put in oven to toast.
- Check it every couple minutes so it doesnt burn (Im notorious for forgetting my bread in the oven).
- Remove bread from oven once its reached desired toasty goodness.
- Place sauteed onions and mushrooms on cheese and layer your roast beef.
- Spread spicy mustard on bread and enjoy!
