Lasagna

  1. Brown meat slowly.
  2. Spoon off excess fat.
  3. Add next 4 ingredients.
  4. Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste.
  5. Cook noodles in salted water until tender; drain. Rinse in cold water.
  6. Place half of the noodles in large baking dish.
  7. Cover with 1/3 of the sauce.
  8. Add half of the Mozzarella cheese, then half of the cottage cheese.
  9. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
  10. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  12. Let stand 15 minutes.
  13. Cut into squares.
