Sesame Flavored Konnyaku and Burdock Root
- 1/2 Konnyaku
- 1 Burdock root
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Dashi stock granules
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 dash less than 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- Peel the burdock root skin first, shave thinly, and soak in water.
- Slice the konnyaku thinly.
- Boil some water in a pot, put the konnyaku and the burdock root and blanch for 5 minutes.
- Cool in a sieve and drain.
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the boiled konnyaku and burdock root and toss.
