Sesame Flavored Konnyaku and Burdock Root

  1. Peel the burdock root skin first, shave thinly, and soak in water.
  2. Slice the konnyaku thinly.
  3. Boil some water in a pot, put the konnyaku and the burdock root and blanch for 5 minutes.
  4. Cool in a sieve and drain.
  5. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  6. Add the boiled konnyaku and burdock root and toss.
