Herbed Baked Chicken Recipe
- 4 chicken breasts, (boned and skinned, seasoned with salt and pepper)
- Herbed Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. finely minced parsley
- 1 stick melted butter
- Season chicken, dip in melted butter.
- Have cheese, 1 to 1 1/4 c. dry crushed dressing mix and parsley in a bowl.
- Dip chicken pcs and coat generously on all sides.
- Place on cookie sheet - bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- A cut up fryer, skinned, can be used.
