Holiday Cherry Berry Gelatin

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in large bowl.
  2. Add cranberry sauce; stir until well blended.
  3. Refrigerate 20 min.
  4. or until gelatin mixture is cooled but not set.
  5. Add sour cream; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  6. Add pineapple and walnuts; mix well.
  7. Pour evenly into three full-size hotel pans.
  8. (Or, into one half-size hotel pan for trial recipe.)
  9. Refrigerate 6 hours or until set.
  10. Cut gelatin mixture into 8x4-inch rectangles.
  11. (Or, for trial recipe, cut gelatin mixture into 4-inch squares.)
