A Great Seafood Burger
- 1/2 lbs fish (any white fish will do)
- 1/2 lbs shrimp
- 1/2 scallops
- 1 -2 eggs
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 scallion
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 -1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Pinch pepper
- Pinch salt
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Shape into burger size patties.
- Grill for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
- If cooking indoors, fry in light olive oil.
- Serve on your favorite bun with tartar sauce or shrimp sauce or alone with a salad.
