Turkey Waldorf Salad 2

  1. Place turkey in a glass pie plate.
  2. Add water and cover with vented plastic wrap.
  3. Microwave on medium-high (70 percent) 6 to 8 minutes, or until juices run clear.
  4. When cool enough to handle, cut into 1/2 inch cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add apples, celery and raisins; toss with salad dressing.
