Double Corn Sticks Recipe

  1. Sift flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt together; stir in cornmeal.
  2. Blend egg, corn, lowfat milk and salad oil; add in to dry ingredients.
  3. Stir just till moistened.
  4. Preheat cornstick pans in oven, then grease generously.
  5. Fill pans 2/3 full.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 min.
  7. Makes about 18.
