Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta
- 6 whole Tomatoes, Medium
- 8 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 12 leaves Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt More If Needed
- 18 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 whole Baguette, Sliced
- Chop tomatoes and fresh mozzarella and add it into a medium mixing bowl.
- Mince garlic and chop up a handful of basil and add to the bowl too.
- Mix in the olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Taste and add more salt if needed.
- Serve immediately or chill up to one hour.
- Serve on top of baguette slices.
