Chocolate Sour Cream Waffles
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt or ice milk
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- Heat waffle iron to medium-high heat.
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder in bowl; set aside.
- Combine sour cream, milk, butter, egg and vanilla in another bowl; beat until smooth.
- Add flour mixture; mix well.
- Pour batter onto waffle iron according to waffle iron directions.
- Bake 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Place waffles onto individual dessert plates.
- Top with scoops of frozen yogurt and strawberries.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
