Lobster Salad Dijon Recipe
- 1 pound imitation lobster meat
- 4 tbsp. celery, minced
- 4 tbsp. green onions, minced
- 3 tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1/2 red Bell pepper, minced
- 2 c. red leaf lettuce, torn in bite size pcs
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp. dry basil leaves
- 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. salad dressing I
- In large salad bowl, place lobster meat.
- Use a large fork to separate meat.
- Add in all the remaining ingredients with the exception of the salad dressing.
- Refrigeratein the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hrs.
- Before serving, add in dressing and toss well.
