Dutch Clover
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces genever, preferably Bols
- 1/2 ounce aquavit
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce honey syrup (1 tablepoon honey mixed with 1/2 tablepoon warm water)
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the genever, aquavit, lemon juice and honey syrup and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon twist.
