Banana Peach Breakfast Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 ripe peach, skin removed & pitted
- 14 cup pitted dates, no sugar added, natural
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 14 cup soy protein powder, unflavored
- 12 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup ice cube
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.
- Serve in glasses.
