Potato Tomato Bisque Recipe
- 1 c. onions, thin sliced
- 1 stick butter
- 4 c. tomatoes Or possibly
- 32 ounce. tomato puree
- 3 c. potato cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 pt. coffee cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cook onions in butter till soft; add in tomatoes, potatoes, and seasonings.
- Cook slowly till potatoes are soft.
- Add in cream.

- I add in 2 envelopes "Sweet and Low".
