Potato Tomato Bisque Recipe

• 1 c. onions, thin sliced
• 1 stick butter
• 4 c. tomatoes Or possibly
• 32 ounce. tomato puree
• 3 c. potato cubes
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
• 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
• 1 pt. coffee cream
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Cook onions in butter till soft; add in tomatoes, potatoes, and seasonings.
2. Cook slowly till potatoes are soft.
3. Add in cream.

5. I add in 2 envelopes "Sweet and Low".
