Marshmallow Cookies Recipe

• 2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
• 3 tbsp. butter
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 beaten egg
• 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. colored miniature marshmallows

1. Heat together and cold chocolate and butter.
2. Add in powdered sugar and egg; mix well.
3. Add in marshmallows and mix together well so which all the marshmallows are chocolate coated.
4. Press into buttered square cake pan.
5. Sprinkle the top with 1/2 to 1 c. flaked coconut.
6. Chill at least half a day before cutting into squares.
