That Good Salad

  1. Dressing: mix lemon juice, vegetable oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Salad: Mix and toss lettuce, tomato, bacon, almonds, Parmesan, and Swiss.
  4. When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad and toss well.
  5. Top with 1 cup Caesar salad croutons.
