Cecil's Texmex
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 12 onion, diced
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 34 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1 12 tablespoons raw sweet paprika
- 14 ounces black beans
- 8 ounces frozen corn
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese
- 6 buritto size tortillas
- salsa verde
- Start to brown hamburger over medium high heat.
- Add the onion when the hamburger is about half done.
- Once the hamburger is done and the onions are translucent add the tomatoes, cummin, sage, and paprika.
- Let this simmer for a few minutes, then add the beans and corn and heat through.
- To serve place about 3/4 c on a tortilla with 1 oz cheese and roll.
- Serve with salsa verde on top.
