Biscuit-Topped Tomato-Beef Bake

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  3. Return meat to skillet.
  4. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.
  5. Stir in soup.
  6. Spoon into 2-qt.
  7. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Whisk egg and milk in medium bowl until blended.
  9. Stir in cheese and onions.
  10. Add baking mix; stir just until moistened.
  11. Drop by spoonfuls over meat mixture.
  12. Bake 35 min.
  13. or until biscuit topping is golden brown.
