Savory-Sweet Baby Scallops for Bento

• 3 pieces Baby scallops
• 2 tbsp Sake
• 2 tbsp Mirin
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Soy sauce
• 1 pack Bonito flakes

1. Add all the seasonings to a small pot.
2. When the mixture starts to boil, add the baby scallops.
3. Cook until most of the sauce has evaporated.
4. Turn off the heat, and sprinkle bonito flakes.
5. It has plenty of umami from the baby scallops and bonito flakes.
