Ham on Bolillos with Tomato Salsa
- 1 tomato, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions, divided
- 1 large jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) black beans, rinsed
- 4 bolillos, split
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine tomatoes, 1/4 cup onions and peppers.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add ham, garlic and remaining onions; cook and stir 3 min.
- Stir in beans; cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally while mashing beans with back of spoon.
- Place bolillos, cut sides up, on baking sheet.
- Spread with bean mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Top with tomato mixture.
