Good Stuff Fruit Coleslaw Recipe

• 1 med. head cabbage, shredded
• 2 red apples, cored and minced
• 1 1/2 c. seedless red or possibly green grapes, halved
• 1/2 c. minced walnuts

1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
2. Mix together cream cheese and pineapple.
3. Toss with cabbage mix and salt to taste.
