Creamy Rice with Peas and Mushrooms

  1. Cook and stir onions in dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat 2 min.
  2. or until tender.
  3. Add mushrooms; cook 2 to 3 min.
  4. or until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Add broth and peas; stir.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Stir in rice and cream cheese; cover.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Let stand 8 min.
  10. Stir in lemon peel and Parmesan cheese.
  11. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill, if desired.
