Guacamole BLT Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 385AF.
  2. Line 15x10 inch baking pan with parchment.
  3. Unroll crescent dough onto prepared pan.
  4. Seal seams and pat down, building up edges.
  5. Prickly dough with fork all over, sprinkle with taco seasoning.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Cool completely on wire rack.
  8. For guacamole: remove inner flesh from avacados, mashing with juice of lime until smooth.
  9. Add salt, onion and garlic, mix till combined.
  10. Beat in cream cheese until smooth.
  11. Assembly: spread guacamole onto prepared crust.
  12. Sprinkle bacon, olives and tomato over guacamole.
  13. Cut into squares.
  14. Refrigerate until serving.
