Sheree's Punch Bowl Cake

  1. mix cake according to box instructions.
  2. and make 2 cakes.
  3. while cake is baking clean and cut up strawberries.
  4. put sugar on them and glaze.
  5. refrigerate.
  6. cool cake and tear cake into medium size chunks.
  7. place 1/2 of the pieces in bottom of punch bowl.
  8. place 1/2 the can of crushed pineapple on top of the cake.
  9. mix pudding and pour 1/2 of it on top of pineapple.
  10. put 1/2 of the strawberries on the next layer.
  11. repeat layering of cake and fruit.
  12. top with cool whip and use a few strawberries on the top for garnishment.
