Fresh Spring Rolls with a Delicious Sauce
- 1 as much (to taste) Fresh spring roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise or yogurt
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce or soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Condensed milk or honey
- 1 . This time I used: loose leaf lettuce, mizuna greens, avocado, cured ham, crabmeat and cream cheese
- Prepare the filling ingredients to wrap!
- Combine the sauce ingredients, and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Warm up some water in a frying pan until lukewarm, and immerse the spring roll wrappers one at a time for about 30 seconds.
- Remove them from the water and place on a cutting board and tuck in your favorite fillings.
- Wrap the rolls tightly, eliminating any air pockets.
- Cut into easy-to-eat pieces and serve.
