Fresh Spring Rolls with a Delicious Sauce

  1. Prepare the filling ingredients to wrap!
  2. Combine the sauce ingredients, and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
  3. Warm up some water in a frying pan until lukewarm, and immerse the spring roll wrappers one at a time for about 30 seconds.
  4. Remove them from the water and place on a cutting board and tuck in your favorite fillings.
  5. Wrap the rolls tightly, eliminating any air pockets.
  6. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces and serve.
