Crusty Coconut Pie Recipe

  1. Pour lowfat milk over coconut and set aside while creaming sugar and butter.
  2. Add in Large eggs to creamed mix and heat well.
  3. Then add in lowfat milk/coconut mix and flavoring.
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees till pie is golden and hard.
