Crusty Coconut Pie Recipe
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Pour lowfat milk over coconut and set aside while creaming sugar and butter.
- Add in Large eggs to creamed mix and heat well.
- Then add in lowfat milk/coconut mix and flavoring.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees till pie is golden and hard.
