Shrimp Quiche Recipe
- 1 partially baked pastry shell
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, cut in sm. pcs
- 2 teaspoon tomato paste
- 3/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 3 tbsp. minced chives
- 1/2 c. Gruyere or possibly Swiss cheese
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- Nutmeg
- Place the shrimp in a bowl with all other ingredients except nutmeg.
- Mix well, pour into pastry shell.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
- Bake 30 min at 375 degrees, using a 10 inch quiche pan 1 inch deep.
- Serves 4 to 6.
