Gin Rickey

• 1 1/2 ounces gin
• 1/2 lime, juiced
• Sparkling water
• Lime wedge, for garnish

1. Fill a highball glass with gin, lime juice and ice.
2. Fill to top with sparkling water.
3. Garnish with wedge of lime.
