Seasoned Mashed Black Beans

  1. Saute onions, garlic and jalapeno in skillet until tender, 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add beans and broth to skillet; cook over medium heat, coarsely mashing beans with a fork.
  3. Stir in cumin and cilantro.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
