Hot chocolate Mars sauce with ice -cream

  1. Cut mars bars in 1cm thick slices, and place in a pyrex bowl.
  2. Set the bow over a pot off boiling water and allow the chocolate to melt.
  3. The nugget and caramel will take longer to melt then the chocolate, so stir vigorously until all the lumps have melted.
  4. Remove from the heat, add the wipped cream and stir well.
  5. You can add a little milk if the consistency is too thick.
  6. Serve over ice cream.
  7. Add a tot of brandy if you want hot chocolate brandy.
  8. (Great for a cold day)
