Hot chocolate Mars sauce with ice -cream
- 2 each Mars bar
- 200 ml Whipping Cream
- Cut mars bars in 1cm thick slices, and place in a pyrex bowl.
- Set the bow over a pot off boiling water and allow the chocolate to melt.
- The nugget and caramel will take longer to melt then the chocolate, so stir vigorously until all the lumps have melted.
- Remove from the heat, add the wipped cream and stir well.
- You can add a little milk if the consistency is too thick.
- Serve over ice cream.
- Add a tot of brandy if you want hot chocolate brandy.
- (Great for a cold day)
