White Boy Guacamole

  1. Combine avocado and juice from both limes in a bowl.
  2. Mix until creamy.
  3. Dice peppers and onion.
  4. Mince garlic and habanero.
  5. Add to mixture.
  6. Dice tomato, removing seeds, add to mixture
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. I think I usually end up using around 1 1/2 tbsp.
  9. Refrigerate for a few hours.
  10. The lime juice will help keep it from turning brown, but you can also lay a sheet of cling wrap directly on top to keep oxygen out for an extended period of time.
  11. Serve with chips
