Apricot Pork Chops

  1. Heat a large non sick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  3. Add pork; cook 6 minutes on each side or until done.
  4. Remove from pan.
  5. Added copied onion to pan; saute 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Stir in preserves, soy sauce, garlic, and salt; cook 3 minutes or until thickened.
  7. Add pork, turning to coat.
  8. Sprinkle with green onions.
