Aunt Audrey's Meatloaf Recipe

• 1 lb grnd beef
• 1 sm onion grated
• 2 c. prepared bread stuffing or possibly quick oatmeal
• 1 x beaten egg
• 1/4 c. catsup
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 tsp mustard

1. Combine first 4 ingredients well with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Combine last 4 ingredients.
3. Mix and top meatloaf with this catsup mix.
4. Bake at 350F degrees for 1 hour.
