Grilled Buffalo Chicken Burgers

  1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Drizzle milk over bread in medium bowl; let stand 2 min.
  3. Add chicken; mix just until blended.
  4. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  5. Grill 5 to 7 min.
  6. on each side or until done (165F).
  7. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese and blue cheese until blended.
  8. Spread cut sides of buns with cheese mixture.
  9. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; brush with pepper sauce.
  10. Top with celery; cover with tops of buns.
