Cherry-Cheese Cake

  1. Prepare cake mix according to pkg directions.
  2. Pour into two greased 13x9x2 inch baking pans.
  3. Bake at 350F (180C).
  4. for 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; fold in the whipped cream.
  7. Spread over each cake.
  8. Top with pie filling.
