Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pasta
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Large Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
- 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Blackening Seasoning
- 16 ounces, fluid Fettuccine Or Penne Pasta
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 3 cups Heavy Cream
- 3/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Over medium heat, melt butter in a large pan.
- Once butter is melted, add chicken and stir.
- After it cooks for about 1 minute, add blackening seasoning and stir until chicken is evenly coated.
- Continue to cook until chicken is cooked all the way through.
- While the chicken is cooking, boil pasta.
- When chicken is fully cooked, add the garlic, salt and pepper to pan.
- Stir around and continue to cook for another minute or two.
- Next, slowly add heavy cream.
- Make sure you stir.
- Let cream come to a light boil.
- Once it begins to boil, stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Once it is stirred evenly throughout, you can lower heat until pasta is done cooking.
- When pasta is done, drain and put into a large bowl.
- Add sauce to bowl and toss pasta until it is coated evenly.
- Serve with some garlic toast and enjoy a delicious dinner!
