Green Pea Puree Recipe

  1. Steam peas till tender, 5-8 min; drain well.
  2. Puree in food processor; add in lowfat milk, chervil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat in saucepan over low heat, stirring often, till thick sufficient to mound.
  4. Pipe through pastry bag onto plates.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
