Green Pea Puree Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn green peas
- 1 tbsp. evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon dry chervil, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Steam peas till tender, 5-8 min; drain well.
- Puree in food processor; add in lowfat milk, chervil, salt, and pepper.
- Heat in saucepan over low heat, stirring often, till thick sufficient to mound.
- Pipe through pastry bag onto plates.
- Makes 4 servings.
