New Years Fruity Smoothie
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons ice cream
- 1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1 cup strawberry
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons pineapple
- 12 teaspoon protein powder
- 12 teaspoon flax seed oil
- Drain 1 small can of crushed pineapple and one of sliced pineapple.
- Slice a banana.
- Cut up strawberries, leaving some for garnish.
- Place ingredients, with exception of sliced pineapple, in blender.
- Blend to right consistency.
- It's better a little chunky.
- Put a whole strawberry in each drink and top the glass with a slice of pineapple.
- Happy New Year.
