Tanise's Southern Belle caviar

  1. Drain beans and corn.
  2. Mix well with wooden spoon.
  3. Do not mash.
  4. Add chopped black olives, onion and cilantro.
  5. Add hot sauce and salad dressing.
  6. You can use less dressing if you like.
  7. I usually use the entire 16 oz.
  8. bottle if I double the recipe.
  9. Cover and chill overnight so flavors can marry.
  10. Just before serving, add diced avocado and tomatoes.
  11. Serve with corn chips.
