Molded Harvard Beet Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  2. Add in onion and horseradish; chill.
  3. Mix in beets and liquid and diced celery.
  4. Pour into mold and refrigeratetill hard.
  5. If desired, decorate with lowfat sour cream.
