Sausage and Cheese Wontons

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cook sausage and drain.
  3. While sausage is cooking, grease a mini muffin pan and put one wonton wrapper in each cup and put it in the oven for 5 minutes.
  4. While the wontons are in the oven, mix the ranch dressing and cheeses in a bowl and add the cooked sausage.
  5. After 5 minutes, take the wontons out of the oven and fill each one with the ranch, cheese, and sausage mixture.
  6. Place them back in the oven for 12 minutes.
  7. This can be made with many varieties of breakfast foods (eggs and sausage) or Mexican flavors (use salsa instead of ranch).
