Spicy Pork Carnita

  1. Combine pork and cumin in large skillet; cook on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  2. Add barbecue sauce, garlic and red pepper; mix well.
  3. Cook 5 min.
  4. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. For each serving: Top 1 tortilla with 1/4 cup each of the meat mixture and lettuce, 2 avocado slices and 2 Tbsp.
  6. each tomatoes and cheese.
