Apple Cobbler (Crockpot) Recipe
- Oil
- 4 med Tart apples
- 1/2 c. Sugar Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 dsh cinnamon
- 5 Tbsp. Butter
- 3/4 c. Natural cereal with nuts and fruits
- Grease side of 3 1/2 qt Crock-Pot lightly with oil.
- Core, peel and slice apples; place in Crock-Pot.
- Add in sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Combine butter and cereal.
- Add in to Crock-Pot; mix thoroughly.
- Cover.
- Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hrs or possibly High for 2 to 3 hrs.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or possibly whipped topping, if you like.
