Apple Cobbler (Crockpot) Recipe

  1. Grease side of 3 1/2 qt Crock-Pot lightly with oil.
  2. Core, peel and slice apples; place in Crock-Pot.
  3. Add in sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice and cinnamon.
  4. Combine butter and cereal.
  5. Add in to Crock-Pot; mix thoroughly.
  6. Cover.
  7. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hrs or possibly High for 2 to 3 hrs.
  8. Serve with vanilla ice cream or possibly whipped topping, if you like.
