Cowboy Chili with Beans

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick saucepan.
  3. Add turkey and brown.
  4. Add onion, garlic and green peppers.
  5. Stir in chili seasoning mix, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add beans and heat for 5 more minutes.
  8. Serve over rice and garnish with cheese, if desired.
