Cheese tortellini and Italian sausage soup

• 4 cup chicken broth
• 1 can Italian style diced tomatoes
• 1 packages frozen tortellini (I used the cheese filled one)
• 1 Spinach (as much as you like)
• 1/2 lb Italian sausage
• 8 oz cream cheese (cut up with a knife )
• 1 parmesan cheese (as much as you like on top)

1. Put everything into your crock pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours
2. Eat and enjoy :)
