Chocolate Truffle Cups

  1. Microwave white chocolate and 1 Tbsp.
  2. milk in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
  3. ; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Add 2 Tbsp.
  5. reduced-fat cream cheese; beat with whisk until well blended.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Repeat with semi-sweet chocolate and remaining milk in separate microwaveable bowl.
  8. Spoon chocolate mixtures, side-by-side, into 4 dessert dishes.
  9. Refrigerate 15 min.
  10. Garnish with Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries or Chocolate Shapes (see Tips) just before serving, if desired.
